About the Role
Our client client is seeking an experienced music producer to collaborate on creating a track from scratch in the genres of synthpop, electropop, electronica, or chamber pop. This project is a personal endeavour led by a student exploring music as a hobby. The producer will work remotely to deliver a polished and engaging song within a 2-3 week timeframe. There is potential for further collaboration depending on the success of this initial project.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the client remotely to understand their vision and musical preferences.
- Develop and produce a complete track in the specified genres (synthpop, electropop, electronica, or chamber pop).
- Handle all aspects of production including arrangement, composition, mixing, and mastering.
- Provide regular updates and revisions based on client feedback to ensure the final product aligns with their expectations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in producing mainstream pop music, particularly in synthpop, electropop, electronica, or chamber pop.
- Proficiency in using industry-standard music production software and tools.
- Strong understanding of modern production techniques and trends in the specified genres.
