About the Role

Our client is seeking a proficient freelance game developer for a personal project involving the creation of a shooting game. This is a remote, single job with the potential for follow-up work. The project is expected to take a significant portion of a week, with delivery anticipated within a week or so.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop a shooting game based on the client's requirements and vision.
  • Create engaging gameplay mechanics suitable for the shooting genre.
  • Implement game features such as player controls, enemy AI, scoring system, and levels.
  • Develop appropriate visual and audio elements for the game.

Requirements

  • Mid-level experience in game development, with a focus on shooting or action games.

  • Understanding of game design principles and player engagement strategies.
