About the Role

A Christian ministry organization is seeking an experienced digital marketer to work on a long-term basis, primarily focused on promoting their upcoming event, the Purposely Designed Women's Conference 2025. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of marketing within the Christian community and the ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital and social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to create buzz, increase brand awareness, and drive ticket sales for the Purposely Designed Women's Conference 2025.
  2. Devise and execute effective marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including social media platforms, email marketing, and online advertising.
  3. Create compelling and engaging content (e.g., videos, graphics, social media posts) that resonates with the target audience and aligns with the ministry's values and objectives.
  4. Analyze and optimize marketing efforts by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and making data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and tools within the Christian community.
  6. Collaborate closely with the ministry's leadership team to ensure marketing efforts align with the organization's overall goals and messaging.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the Christian community or faith-based organizations.
  2. Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  3. Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging messages.
  4. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms to track and optimize campaigns.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with the ministry's leadership team.
  7. Familiarity with the Christian community and its values, beliefs, and culture.
  8. Ability to work remotely while maintaining regular communication and collaboration with the team.
