About the Role
We are seeking an experienced App Developer to build a user-friendly scheduling app for a Personal Training organization. This app will streamline the process of reassigning clients between trainers during periods of illness or vacation. The initial version will focus on core functionalities to ensure efficiency and seamless communication among trainers and clients.

The app will include:

• A feature for trainers to share their schedules and mark their unavailability.
• Push notifications alerting trainers of reassignments and client needs.
• An availability input system for trainers to share their open time slots.
• Automated matching of schedules to find suitable appointment times.
• Push notifications to confirm proposed times with trainers.
• Notifications to communicate changes to clients.
• Individual dashboards for trainers to track proposed and confirmed schedules.

This is a freelance, remote position with potential for long-term collaboration as additional features are planned for future versions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in app development for iOS and Android platforms.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Swift, Kotlin, or React Native.
• Experience with push notifications and scheduling functionality.
• Strong UI/UX design skills for creating user-friendly dashboards.
• Familiarity with back-end development for database management and automation.
• Ability to deliver a functional MVP (Minimum Viable Product) on time.
• Excellent communication skills to ensure clarity and alignment throughout the project.
• Availability to collaborate on future feature enhancements post-launch.
