About the Role
Our client is seeking a junior to mid-level animator to create a 1-minute promotional video. This remote project combines 2D and 3D animation techniques to produce an emotionally impactful video with voiceover. The project has a set budget and a 1-2 month timeline, requiring an animator who can efficiently deliver high-quality work.
Responsibilities:
- Create a 1-minute promotional video combining 3D and 2D animation techniques
- Develop visually appealing animations that effectively represent the scriptwriting group
- Incorporate voiceover into the animation, ensuring proper synchronisation
- Convey strong emotions through animation within 4-5 lines of speech
- Collaborate with the client to understand and execute their vision for the promotional video
Requirements
- Junior to mid-level experience in both 3D and 2D animation
- Proficiency in industry-standard animation software for both 3D and 2D work
- Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to create emotionally impactful short-form content
- Experience in incorporating voiceover into animated content
- Excellent visual storytelling skills, able to convey complex ideas in a brief format
