Fraxtal Blockchain Ecosystem Lead

Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Blockchain Ecosystem Lead - candidates can be based in in UTC-10 (Hawaii) to UTC+1 (Western Europe) time zones.

Frax is a top 100 crypto company by combined market cap (FRAX, FXS, frxETH, and sfrxETH).

We recently launched our own chain, Fraxtal (based on the OP Stack), with frxETH as the gas token and want someone to come and lead the growth of our blockchain ecosystem.

The Position - Business Development

• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships within the DeFi and Layer 1/Layer 2 blockchain communities.
• Lead business development efforts on the ground, leveraging your network and expertise to establish and nurture relationships.
• Drive revenue growth through partnership opportunities, collaborations, and strategic initiatives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform business strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative business solutions.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in business development within the DeFi or Layer 1/Layer 2 blockchain space.
• Strong network and relationships within the DeFi and blockchain communities.
• Proven track record of driving partnerships and revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Active and influential presence on Twitter.

• Must be responsive on Telegram
• Availability to be on call (to be defined when and how, as a failover if senior members don’t acknowledge an alert) and respond to resolve issues should something crash off-hours
