Requirements

The Role

Growi is looking for a Founding Engineer to join as the first engineering hire, a role critical to shaping the company’s technological foundation. This is a unique opportunity to lead the end-to-end development of the product and define the engineering culture of the company from day one.

You Should Apply If:

• You are passionate about creating solutions for the creator economy and understand the unique challenges faced by influencers and their teams.
• You have experience in:
• Frontend development with Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
• Backend development using Ruby on Rails API, Heroku, and PostgreSQL.
• You take pride in writing scalable, maintainable code and are meticulous about technical decisions.
• You are comfortable working independently, taking ownership of projects, and collaborating closely with a small, focused team.

What You’ll Do
