Responsibilities

• Welcome passengers on board and assist them in finding their seats.
• Conduct pre-flight safety checks and brief passengers on safety procedures.
• Serve food and beverages during the flight, accommodating special requests when possible.
• Respond to passenger queries and provide assistance throughout the flight.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.
• Handle any in-flight issues or emergencies calmly and efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with the flight crew to deliver a seamless service experience.

Requirements

• No prior experience in the aviation industry is required; a passion for customer service is essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Aptitude for teamwork and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
• Willingness to adhere to company policies and safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to pass a medical evaluation and background check.
