Responsibilities

• Ensure passenger safety and comfort throughout the flight
• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking
• Deliver in-flight service including food and beverages
• Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding their travel
• Address passenger queries and concerns professionally
• Conduct safety demonstrations and emergency procedures
• Collaborate with the flight crew to ensure a smooth operation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cabin during flights

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Fluent in English and at least one other language
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Customer service-oriented with a friendly demeanor
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
• Willingness to adhere to grooming and uniform standards
