You will receive training that boosts your presentation skills and prepares you to deliver our one-day, high-impact Boot Camps to high school students. Your schedule will be built around your personal availability, ensuring flexibility, with a variety of work opportunities throughout the year. Requirements
- Comfortable with high school level Math and English
- This position does NOT require a teaching certification
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Test prep experience preferred but not required
- Positive attitude
- Engaging and entertaining presentation style
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and able to effectively communicate with students
- A passion for teaching and a desire to help students achieve their best possible test scores
- Desire to grow and receive feedback
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with national and state standardized exams preferred
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally for in-person instruction and accept work assignments during daytime hours, Monday through Saturday
- Compassion for all learners, including those from diverse backgrounds and with different learning styles
- Valid driver’s license
- Deep belief in the potential of all students and a passion for MasteryPrep’s mission
- Respect for individuals' diverse experiences and the ability to work effectively with people from a variety of backgrounds
Benefits
This is a 1099 contract position. Pay is $50-$100/hour for in-person instruction.
