Fitness Coach (Fully Remote)

Are you a certified personal trainer who has a massive heart for helping women lose weight and love themselves again? Do you have at least 5 years experience in coaching women on how to live a healthy lifestyle? Do you live and maintain a healthy lifestyle yourself and always find yourself trying to help the people around you because you have a passion for health and fitness? If so, you could be the next Coach we're looking to add to our expanding Coaching Program!

Your role as a Coach is to get results for the clients we assign to you. As a coach you will see things they can't see for themselves, to help provide structure and accountability, and to encourage and empower them. You are a motivator, listener, solution seeker, cheerleader, and accountability partner. We provide the entire coaching system and platform for you to follow. 

The work is 100% remote.  

We assign you clients who match well with your background and experience. You DO NOT need to get your own clients or do any sales. You just get to focus on coaching. The work includes:

• Create custom fitness and nutrition programs that are individualized for each client using our online app
• Track and maintain detailed notes on clients’ progress using our online systems and provide valuable feedback and coaching for each client
• Create progressions for clients based on their progress
• Perform daily check-ins using the app, messaging, emails, zoom, and occasionally phone calls
•  Provide programming updates to clients on a needed basis, at minimum every 3 weeks. 
• Meeting 1-1 with Clients as needed
• Providing insightful feedback to continually improve the process and implement new ideas effectively and efficiently as per the direction of leadership.
• Perform an onboarding call with each new client that you’ve been assigned to develop a relationship, understand where their current health journey is at, and start to develop the custom fitness and nutrition plan for them
• Attend and participate in weekly team meetings
• Attend and participate in monthly team continuing education calls to continually increase your coaching skills
• Maintain great communication with the management and operations team so they can support you as a coach

Requirements

​You must be currently certified by a nationally accredited organization in one or more of the following: personal trainer, personal coaching, nutrition, or fitness and have a minimum of 5,000 hours or 5 years experience in coaching or personal training. Coaches need to be detail oriented with the ability to manage client files online. You are client focused and able to support your clients on a daily basis. You must also currently live and maintain a healthy lifestyle, that of which you expect from your clients.
