The Financial Manager at The Willows Communications is a key leader responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization. Responsibilities

- Manages budgeting processes, ensuring accurate forecasting and resource allocation to meet operational needs.
- Ensures compliance with financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and other applicable laws.
- Coordinates and directs the preparation of financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Evaluates financial metrics and performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Oversees cash flow management, optimizing the organization’s liquidity and financial resources.
- Leads financial audits and liaises with external auditors to ensure transparency and due diligence.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that drive strategic decision-making.
- Develops and mentors finance team members, enhancing their skills and fostering professional development.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s Degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on financial management and analysis.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and compliance requirements.
