Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Financial Advisor/Business Consultant to join our team at Integrant. In this unique role, you will collaborate closely with our internal teams to provide invaluable insights and expertise in the financial industry. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the training of our development and product teams, ensuring they gain a deep understanding of financial domains and the software solutions we provide.
Key Responsibilities:
· Partner with Integrant's leadership and key stakeholders to assess training needs and develop customized training programs for our teams.
· Conduct comprehensive training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions to educate Integrant team members on financial products, investment strategies, and industry best practices.
· Serve as a subject matter expert in areas such as bonds, fixed income assets, and related investment tools, elucidating their intricacies, advantages, and risks.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments, and incorporate this knowledge into training materials to ensure relevancy.
· Contribute to the development of training materials, documentation, and resources to support a deep and practical understanding of financial domains.
· Address questions, concerns, and provide ongoing support to our team members as they work on financial-related projects and software solutions.
· Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements to enhance our team's understanding and capabilities.
Requirements
.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
· Proven experience as a Financial Advisor, Investment Consultant, or Business Consultant with a deep understanding of financial products, investment tools, and strategies, preferably in the US market.
· Strong comprehension of financial markets, investment strategies, and portfolio management.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
· Relevant industry certifications (e.g., FINRA, APMA ®, CRPS®...) are highly desirable.
· A collaborative and team-oriented approach to work.
· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards, US market is strong plus.
· Previous experience in training and development is a strong advantage.
