D2B Groups is seeking a Facilities Project Manager to oversee the planning, development, and maintenance of various facility-related projects. As the Facilities Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the quality standards set by the company. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management specifically related to facilities operations and maintenance, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the planning and execution of facilities projects, from initial concept to completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and procurement, to ensure project alignment.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular project meetings to assess progress, identify challenges, and implement solutions.
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor project performance and report updates to stakeholders, including senior management.
- Oversee contractor selection, and management and ensure quality controls are in place.
- Maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Experience with backup generators highly preferred
- Experience with data-centers preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing facilities projects.
- Strong understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and safety standards.
Skills and Abilities:
- Proven project management skills with a focus on budgeting and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex project issues.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
