Facilities Manager

ARETUM, a leading government contracting company specializing in technology-enabled mission support services, is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our team. As a Facilities Manager at ARETUM, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and management of all facilities operations for our government clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall maintenance and repair of facilities, including buildings, equipment, and utilities.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure the efficient operation of facilities.
• Manage and coordinate vendors and contractors for facility maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Manage budgets for facility-related expenses and projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the facilities team.
• Supervise and train facilities staff.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance Required
• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in facilities management or related field.
• Experience managing facilities operations in a government or large corporate environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment, and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
• Proficiency with facilities management software and systems.
