We are seeking a Facebook/META Advertising Specialist to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, with a focus on Facebook. Your expertise in digital advertising strategies and your ability to analyze data will be critical to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Advertising Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital advertising strategies that align with our marketing objectives, target audience, and budget constraints.
Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage Facebook advertising campaigns ensuring they are optimized for maximum reach, engagement, and conversions.
Ad Creative: Collaborate with the design team to produce compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience and adhere to platform-specific guidelines.
Audience Targeting: Utilize audience segmentation and targeting features on each platform to reach the most relevant audience segments and maximize ROI.
Budget Management: Monitor and manage advertising budgets to achieve campaign goals while maintaining cost efficiency.
Ad Performance Analysis: Continuously analyze and report on ad performance metrics, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS), and adjust strategies accordingly.
A/B Testing: Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize ad copy, creatives, and landing pages for improved performance.
Stay Updated: Stay current with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in digital advertising to ensure our campaigns are cutting-edge.
Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular performance reports, highlighting key insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience executing Facebook Advertising Campaigns for DTC ECOM
- Proven experience in planning and executing digital advertising campaigns on Facebook, TikTok, and Google Ads.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Facebook/META Business/Ads Manager
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in creating design project briefs
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and create engaging ad content.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
