Job Description:

iSoftTek Solutions Inc is currently seeking an experienced ETL Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes and data integration solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure data quality and integrity. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ETL concepts, data modeling, and SQL queries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ETL processes using tools such as Informatica, Talend, or SSIS
• Create and maintain ETL workflows, mappings, and transformations
• Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand data integration needs
• Optimize and tune ETL processes for performance and scalability
• Document technical specifications and provide support during testing and implementation phases

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an ETL Developer
• Strong understanding of ETL concepts, methodologies, and best practices
• Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or SSIS
• Proficient in SQL and data modeling
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
