EPM Consultant

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their EPM needs and gather requirements.
• Design and implement EPM solutions that meet client specifications.
• Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide training and support to client personnel on EPM systems and tools.
• Develop documentation and user guides for EPM applications and processes.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of implemented EPM solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and effective manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in EPM consulting or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of EPM tools such as Oracle Hyperion, SAP BPC, or IBM Planning Analytics.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed to client locations and industry events.
