Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through networking and referrals
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine clients' insurance requirements
  • Present and explain life insurance to clients in a clear and knowledgeable manner
  • Assist clients in completing policy applications and ensure all documentation is compliant and accurate
  • Maintain and build client relationships to foster trust and loyalty
  • Continually update your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends to better serve your clients
  • Meet or exceed sales targets while adhering to ethical business practices
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your professional skills and product knowledge

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated with a desire to achieve and excel in a sales-driven environment
  • Pass a background check
  • Valid life insurance license or willingness to obtain one within a specified timeframe
