Some Things You Will Do:
- Partner with the Workforce Transformation Consultants and PM teams on the creation of survey design documentation, link internal benchmarks, and load Actionable Insights.
- Gather and analyze data to form a story shortly after a survey’s close based on organizational key focus areas identified in the I&A Blueprint.
- Translate data insights into customer presentations using charts, tables, and other visualizations. And collaborate with Consultants on finalizing executive level presentations.
- Provide support for Consulting colleagues and customer partners in the creation of ad-hoc or add-on deliverables and services.
- Partner with Consulting colleagues to support internal initiatives, process improvement, and other best practice documentation.
- Incorporate strategic analyses to determine reporting recommendations based on the customers’ business needs, management of inter-related reporting deliverables, and cross-survey analytics.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Ideally, 2-5 years of experience in research, surveys, IO psychology, or data related job functions is preferred.
- Solid analysis, communication, and computer savvy skills: including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to communicate data analyses clearly and concisely.
- Detail-oriented/highly accurate.
- Statistical software experience such as SPSS, JASP or R is a plus, not a must.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Effective problem solving, time management, and organization skills.
- Willingness to work with people of diverse backgrounds and experiences.
- Maintains a growth mindset.

Compensation✨
Perceptyx is focused on equitable pay for all our staff and aims for transparency with our pay practices. The salary range for this role is $65,000.00 to $70,000.00 annually. This range represents the expected base salary range for this position. ***The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to:

- time in the role

- geographic location.
