Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Email campaigns
- Manage and build overall email marketing for users across various lifecycle stages from nurturing, subscription purchase, retention, and advocacy
- Implement segmentation and personalization strategies to enhance email effectiveness
- Manage transactional, marketing, and product email journeys
- User acquisition/lead management: Collaborate with product marketing and product teams to implement user acquisition workflow and nurturing email sequence
- User engagement: Manage product launch communications, feature promotions, and subscription campaigns
- Retention: Manage subscription renewal campaigns
Platform management
- Oversee and manage Iterable
- Ensure proper setup, integration with other tools, and data integrity within the platform
Campaign development
- Create, write, edit, and optimize a variety of marketing content, including email drip campaigns, lead nurturing sequences, and triggered responses
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all emails.
Data analysis, testing and optimization
- Analyze data and optimize performance around key business metrics including email engagement rate (open, click, etc) and conversion rate (subscription rate).
- Run A/B tests and promotions via email
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in email marketing
- Proficient at email service provider tools (preference for candidates with a deep expertise on Iterable)
- Experience running digital marketing for mobile applications or subscription services
