Education Content Creator

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Education Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate

will be passionate about education and skilled in developing engaging, informative, and innovative

content that enhances learning experiences for diverse audiences. This role involves creating various

educational materials, including videos, articles, lesson plans, interactive activities, and digital courses.

Responsibilities:

• Content Development: Create high quality educational content across multiple formats (videos, articles, lesson plans, interactive activities, etc.) tailored to the needs of different learning styles.
• Curriculum Design: Collaborate with educators and subject matter experts to design and develop comprehensive curricula and educational programs that align with academic standards and learning objectives.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research on educational topics, trends, and best practices to ensure content is accurate, up to date, and relevant.
• Multimedia Production: Plan, script, and produce educational videos and multimedia content, utilizing tools and software for video editing, graphic design, and animation.
• Audience Engagement: Engage with learners and educators through various platforms (social media, webinars, online forums) to gather feedback, answer questions, and foster a community of continuous learning.
• Assessment Development: Create assessments, quizzes, and evaluation tools to measure learning outcomes and effectiveness of the content.
• Content Management: Maintain an organized library of educational content, ensuring easy accessibility and regular updates.
• Marketing Collaboration: Work with marketing teams to promote educational content through strategic campaigns and social media outreach.
• Professional Development: Stay current with advancements in educational technology and pedagogical strategies, and continuously improve content creation skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology,Communications, or a related field.

• 1-3 years experience
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Proficiency in multimedia production tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro).
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and elearning platforms.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into easily understandable content.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
