E-commerce UI/UX Designer

As our UI/UX Designer, you'll be responsible for crafting intuitive, visually appealing, and conversion-driven designs for a Shopify-based e-commerce website. You'll work closely with our Ecom team to create compelling user experiences that drive engagement and sales.

Requirements

Position Responsibilities:

• Design user-centered interfaces for Shopify stores, focusing on CPG and wellness brands
• Create high-converting landing pages with quick turnaround times
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs
• Stay up-to-date with e-commerce UX trends and Shopify platform updates

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on e-commerce and Shopify
• Proven track record of designing for CPG brands, particularly in the wellness sector
• Expert knowledge of Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools
• Strong portfolio showcasing Shopify store designs and high-converting landing pages
• Experience with user research, A/B testing, and data-driven design decisions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in creating mobile-first, responsive designs
• Strong understanding of e-commerce UX best practices and conversion rate optimization
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
• Familiarity with Shopify's design guidelines and limitations
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and SEO best practices

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Shopify theme customization and Liquid templating language

• Understanding of wellness industry trends and consumer behavior
• Background in brand strategy or marketing
