Responsibilities

• Assist in processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and other communication channels with professionalism and courtesy.
• Coordinate with the sales team to manage inventory levels and product listings on our e-commerce platform.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.
• Help resolve client issues related to orders, returns, and exchanges promptly.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements within the sales support team.
• Participate in team meetings and training to stay updated on product offerings and best practices.

Requirements
