ECM Pre- and Post-sales Technical Consultant

We are currently seeking an ECM Pre- and Post-sales Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team at AmeXio and contribute to our continued success and growth. In this multifaceted role, you will play a crucial part in both pre-sales and post-sales activities, providing technical expertise and support throughout the entire customer lifecycle.

In this role, you'll be responsible for...

• Engaging with potential clients to understand their ECM needs and requirements.
• Collaborating with the sales team to develop compelling proposals and demonstrations that showcase the value of our ECM solutions.
• Conducting technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospects, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Assisting in the customization and configuration of ECM solutions to meet client specifications.
• Providing ongoing technical support and guidance to clients post-sale, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of our solutions.
• Identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling additional products or services.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on all technical matters related to ECM.

Requirements

For this role, you bring...

• Proficiency in ECM technologies such as IBM FileNet, OpenText Content Suite, or Microsoft SharePoint.
• Demonstrated experience in pre-sales and/or post-sales technical consulting roles.
• Strong understanding of software sales processes and techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Ideally based in the US.
