Full Job Description
3-5 years of experience on small to enterprise Dynamics CE projects in a technical role
• Implement multiple solutions/products – across Marketing, Sales, Service, etc (This area will be specific to the role for a project)
• Understands the overall design separate from immediate ask – how the request fits in with the full solution
• Helps understand the impact of configuration/customization on the application
• Understands how technical details impact effort and is tactful in probing scope with clients
• Develops and/or configure Microsoft Dynamics CE
• Experience with standard development process leveraging agile methodologies
• Reviews and analyze business requirements and provide technical feasibility and estimates to implement
• Creates technical documentation
• Experience working with offshore and remote teams
• Able to modify, configure and extend Dynamics CE prioritizing configuration over customization
• Foundational and intermediate Microsoft Dynamics CE Certifications
• (Will be specific to project needs – for example: Customer Service Project will require Customer Service Functional Consultant Certification)
• Demonstrated success in leading a project end to end through the lifecycle
• Support Technical Architect to design and estimate parts of a proposed solution
• Full development stack on Dynamics CE (front-end code/configuration, back end database design, and integrations)
• Some experience in a client facing role
