This position is for a full-time experienced Document Control Specialist who can demonstrate proficiency in document management, version control, and quality assurance. Experience working in a healthcare or medical setting is preferred.

The ideal candidate must possess exceptional attention to detail and have the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date document records. Strong organizational skills, knowledge of document control procedures, and the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders are essential. The Document Control Specialist will work closely with various teams within the organization and must have excellent communication skills.

We are looking for a Full-time Document Control Specialist to join our team. The Document Control Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's documents, including coordinating document control activities, ensuring document accuracy and compliance, and implementing document control procedures. Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain document control processes and procedures
  • Manage the organization's documents, both electronic and hard copies
  • Ensure document accuracy and compliance with relevant standards and regulations
  • Coordinate document control activities, such as document review, approval, and distribution
  • Maintain document version control and track changes
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective document management
  • Provide training and support to staff on document control procedures
  • Assist with audits and inspections related to document control

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Document Control Specialist or in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document management
  • Proficiency in document control procedures and quality assurance
