  • Salary Range: $110-150k
  • Travel Expectation 40%

Ewing Irrigation & Landscape Supply, a leading supplier of landscape and irrigation products, is seeking a Divisional Sales Manager for the Mountain West Division. As the Divisional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales objectives and increase market share. You will work closely with the Divisional Vice President and other senior leaders to develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to grow the business. Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to grow the business in the Mountain West Division.
  • Lead the sales team to build strong relationships with customers, identify their needs, and provide excellent service.
  • Collaborate with other leaders to develop and implement pricing and promotional strategies that drive sales growth.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and business needs.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination between the sales team and other departments, such as marketing, operations, and customer service.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and expense reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the business supplies and equipment industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team of sales professionals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
