What we are looking for
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Director of Revenue Operations to join our team and support our revenue growth and operational efficiency. The Director of Revenue Operations will be responsible for executing and enhancing our revenue operations processes. This includes setting up and monitoring revenue operations, supporting strategic planning, aligning sales and marketing efforts, conducting data analysis, and driving overall operational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in revenue operations, experience working with sales teams, and strong analytical skills to support our goals.
What you will do
Revenue Operations:
- Streamline sales processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Support the overall revenue operations efforts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment with revenue goals and provide guidance where needed.
- Work with regional leaders to maintain accurate reporting, enhance forecasting, and ensure adherence to revenue best practices.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive revenue strategies aligned with company goals.
- Help establish clear objectives and contribute to actionable plans aimed at meeting revenue targets.
Alignment:
- Ensure seamless coordination between sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Use data analytics to interpret revenue data, identify trends, and support informed decision-making.
- Assist in developing and maintaining dashboards and reporting tools to effectively track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Financial Management:
- Manage revenue forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Track financial performance and assist in implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Operational Efficiency:
- Streamline operations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall productivity.
- Implement process improvement methodologies and best practices.
Leadership:
- Help build a high-performing revenue operations team through support and mentorship.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful revenue strategies
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability and experience in handling senior leadership team members.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- In depth understanding of sales and marketing processes.
- Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and forecasting.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

- Primary caregiver: 12 weeks full pay and then 12 weeks 50% pay
