Schoox is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Reseller Partnerships to lead, source, and manage our reseller partnerships. This senior-level role is critical to expanding our market reach and enhancing our partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing strategic alliances, driving revenue growth, and managing complex relationships.

Requirements

  • Serving as the central point of relationship management and communication for our partners 
  • Developing and implementing the go-to-market strategy for strategic partners
  • Drive field engagement in accordance with the partnership strategy
  • Developing relationships with both internal field organizations and field organizations of our partners
  • Enabling the effective referral of sales opportunities from partners; supporting the Company’s sales efforts
  • Developing targets/indicators to measure success with key partners
  • Achieving annual and quarterly revenue targets
  • Conducting virtual and live presentations around our solutions
  • Working with leadership to commence the build and deployment of business plans with key partners annually; complete business activities in accordance of plan throughout the year
  • Coordinating with Marketing and leadership to develop marketing plans with each partner
  • Consideration for privacy and security obligations
  • Focus on developing an ecosystem of strategic partners including, but not limited to, HCM, HRIS, Scheduling and POS, Payroll, National/International Associations
  • Other alliance-related duties as assigned

What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job

  • 7 + years combined of Strategic Alliance and Enterprise HCM Sales experience. 
  • Proven experience of translating marketplace opportunities into the value of partnering
  • Experienced in the management and support of large, complex partners
  • Knowledge and experience with LMS & HCM
  • Desired Skills: Effective Communication, Solution/Consultative Selling, Team Player, Accountability
  • Highly developed presentation and product demonstration skills
  • Strong relationship-building expertise
  • Strong drive to achieve results with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication, presentation, time management and organizational skills
  • The ability to work with a geographically dispersed team
