This is a 100% remote position, with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates who live near our global headquarters in Chicago.

About the Role
The Director of Product Marketing will report to the Vice President of Global Marketing and play a critical role in positioning Keeper Security’s products within the competitive cybersecurity landscape. You will be a hands-on contributor and have the opportunity to build a team based on business needs. Responsibilities
- Product Positioning, Messaging and Content:
- Define use cases, product messaging and positioning, value propositions and customer profiles that resonate with target audiences, including Consumer, Commercial, Public Sector (FED/SLED) and MSP
- Develop compelling and differentiated product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audiences
- Work closely with the SEO, demand generation and product management teams to produce content such as blogs, web pages and videos around product features, use cases and more
- Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies to drive product adoption and revenue growth
- Support pricing decisions and make pricing recommendations for new products when needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product launches, lead generation and market penetration
- Collaborate with channel partners and MSPs to develop co-marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Competitive Intelligence and Analysis:
- Serve as a center of excellence for competitive intelligence for the company
- Leverage competitive insights to inform all product marketing work streams including positioning, inputs to product strategy and go-to-market strategies
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape and customer needs
- Become a subject matter expert in privileged access management and password management with an in-depth understanding of the market and products, including overall value proposition, features, functionality and the verticals and use cases in which they are relevant
- Use insights to inform product strategy and positioning
- Sales Enablement:
- Understand buyer personas deeply to inform go-to-market strategies and develop effective sales enablement techniques
- Create sales collateral, tools and training materials to empower the sales team with competitive positioning and product differentiation
- Customer Advocacy:
- Act as the voice of the customer, collaborating with customer success to gather feedback and develop case studies, testimonials and user stories, as well as to inform product development and marketing strategies
Requirements
- 5+ years of cybersecurity experience in a product/solutions marketing or engineering role
- Comfortable with a mix of individual contribution and team management – you’re a true player/coach
- Strategic thinking to understand markets and competitors combined with tactical planning and execution discipline
- Experience operating in a multi-product environment
- Experience with differentiated product messaging, positioning and market leadership supporting go-to-market, external and internal messaging and communications
- Effective storyteller who can translate complex, highly technical subject matter into easy-to-understand content
- Experience with successful cross-functional product and feature launches
- Project management skills to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Someone who is innovative, fast-paced, energetic and a great cross-functional team collaborator
- Results-driven, analytical yet pragmatic, with a bias for action
- Background in IT Administration, DevOps or software engineering
