Full Job Description
We’re looking for a dynamic, hands-on Director of People and Culture to join our team. In this role, you will be pivotal in building our people strategy while actively supporting executives and directors with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. As we expand, we need someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can wear multiple hats, and is ready to roll up their sleeves to get things done. This role reports to the Chief Executive Officer and works closely with our leadership team to bring our culture to life as we scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Support: Collaborate with hiring managers to write engaging job posts, actively source and screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and assist with candidate selection.
- Onboarding & Engagement: Develop and manage onboarding processes that help new hires quickly acclimate and feel engaged.
- Talent & Leadership Development: Develop and execute continuous leadership development programs to support compassionate leadership practices across the company as we grow.
- Culture Development: Plan and lead culture initiatives that align with our core values and foster an inclusive, collaborative work environment.
- Employee Experience: Act as the go-to person for employee queries, feedback, and support, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Learning & Development Support: Partner with department heads to facilitate training and development opportunities that align with our team’s goals.
- HR Administration: Work with our PEO to handle HR processes efficiently, including compliance, payroll, and benefits.
Requirements
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations, ideally within a tech or fast-paced startup environment.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.

- OBM: Experience with Organizational Behavior Management practices is an advantage
