Apprentice Now provides workforce solutions, focusing on training and hiring talent for the Trades and Tech industries. We offer hands-on training, online learning seminars, and partnerships to bridge the gap between education and employment.

Position Overview:
We seek a results-driven Marketing Director to lead all marketing efforts, enhance our online presence, generate leads, and build affiliate relationships to promote our HVAC Service Tech program. The ideal candidate will have B2B marketing experience, a strong track record in website optimization, partnership development, and managing creative design and social media contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Strategy:
  • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies for brand awareness, lead generation, and client acquisition.
  • Collaborate with sales to refine marketing messages and strategies based on client feedback and industry trends.
  • Website & SEO Optimization:
    • Enhance website functionality and landing pages to drive B2B traffic and lead conversions.
    • Implement SEO strategies to boost visibility.
  • Digital & Social Media Management:
    • Oversee digital advertising (PPC, social media, LinkedIn) and manage contractors for creative design and social media content.
  • Lead Generation:
    • Execute multi-channel lead generation strategies and track results to improve marketing ROI.
  • Affiliate Relationships:
    • Manage affiliate partnerships to promote online learning seminars, particularly for HVAC Service Tech.
  • Content & Collateral:
    • Create and oversee marketing collateral (brochures, case studies, presentations) that resonate with B2B clients.
  • Contractor Oversight:
    • Manage contractors to ensure marketing deliverables align with strategy and quality standards.
  • Sales Support:
    • Develop call and email campaigns, write email templates, and pull targeted lists to support sales efforts.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Establish a feedback loop with sales, refine strategies, and stay updated on marketing innovations.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; MBA is a plus.
    • 7+ years in B2B marketing, focusing on lead generation, digital marketing, and website optimization.
    • Proven success in driving business growth.
    • Strong skills in SEO, PPC, social media, and LinkedIn advertising.
    • Experience in affiliate marketing and partnership management.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
    • Ability to manage contractors and collaborate across teams.
    • Familiarity with the HVAC industry or online learning is a plus.
