Full Job Description
FormAssembly is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Director of Growth Marketing to drive our demand generation strategy. The Director of Growth Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive inbound lead generation strategies that drive customer acquisition and growth. This role will oversee campaigns across paid channels, organic search, email marketing, and other performance-driven tactics. Additionally, the Director will oversee channel marketing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to and increase leads from our partner network. This position reports to the CMO and serves as a member of the marketing leadership team.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Design and implement inbound and channel campaigns to drive pipeline growth across paid search, display ads, paid social, organic channels, SEO, email marketing, and partnerships.
- Campaign Execution: Lead and manage the execution of lead-gen campaigns, ensuring a data-driven approach to optimize conversion rates and maximize ROI; Manage Growth Marketing Manager.
- Content Development: Recommend and work collaboratively on the development of compelling content assets (blogs, whitepapers, eBooks, videos, webinars, etc.) that align with campaign goals.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product marketing, sales and channel teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all demand-gen activities.
- Email Marketing: Design lead nurturing and drip campaigns to move prospects through the funnel and support sales team goals.
- Vendor Management: Manage third-party vendor relationships in the development and execution of inbound and channel marketing campaigns. Oversee paid marketing channels (PPC, display, retargeting) and optimize budget allocation to drive qualified leads.
- Reporting & Analytics: Measure, forecast, and analyze the performance of demand generation campaigns, reporting on KPIs such as MQLs, SALs, pipeline growth, CPL, and CAC.
- Growth Optimization: Continuously refine campaigns and strategies based on performance data to improve the effectiveness of lead generation activities.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in inbound demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing, with a focus on B2B SaaS. Familiarity with partner / channel marketing.
- 3+ years experience managing and developing growth marketing staff.
- Proven success in developing and executing SEO principles, content marketing strategies, and lead-gen strategies that deliver measurable business results.
- Expertise in managing paid channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, social, display) and identifying and developing new channels.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead scoring; proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, particularly sales and product marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Preferred Experience with the Following Tech Stack:
- Google Analytics, Marketo, Bizible, Asana, Salesforce, WordPress, Qualified, On24, Wistia, SEMRush or similar SEO tools, Slack
Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000
