Lingo is a user-friendly brand management platform that seamlessly integrates digital asset management and digital brand guidelines into a single, intuitive solution. Developed by Noun Project, we enable teams at renowned companies such as Duolingo, Reddit, Eurorail, and Snap to maintain brand consistency on a large scale through a centralized brand hub.
We’re looking for a hands-on Director of Growth Marketing to lead the creation and execution of effective marketing growth strategies with a keen focus on lead generation, customer acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a lifelong learner, someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, prefers working in smaller teams, is hands-on, communicates effectively, values practicality and process, is imaginative in their work, and favors simplicity over complexity.
Our HQ is based in Los Angeles, CA, but our team is fully remote and distributed. Visa sponsorship is not available at this time; all candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities
- Strategize, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on customer acquisition via demand generation and lead generation.
- Drive brand awareness and inbound pipeline generation within our target regions and customer profiles.
- Partner with sales to create nurture campaigns to maximize conversion rates.
- Lead market research, including competitor analysis, to develop and refine marketing strategy.
- Apply customer segmentation and marketing automation to deliver personalized customer marketing journeys across multiple touch points.
- Analyze website performance for conversion rate optimization opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, customer data, and campaign performance to continually refine and optimize return on investment.
- Report regularly on campaign results against goals and KPIs, and adjust strategy based on emerging data and insights.
- Oversee the growth marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and to drive continuous improvement in marketing effectiveness.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in B2B growth marketing with demonstrated results generating qualified leads in a mid-market/Enterprise SaaS.
- Hands-on experience with a proven track record in developing and executing growth strategies, managing paid advertising campaigns, optimizing revenue marketing initiatives, and leveraging data-driven insights to fuel lead generation.
- Experience in marketing automation, CRM tools, Google Analytics, paid search, and digital marketing tools.
- Experience partnering with sales on pipeline development (e.g. Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and metrics to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
- Experience in SEO content marketing, including with tools such as Searchlight, Brightedge, SEOClarity, Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, ScreamingFrog, Google Analytics, etc.
- Exceptional writing skills with a sense for crafting messaging that successfully drive conversions.

- An eye for design - experience working in a design related industry or a creative field.
- Familiarity with brand management and digital asset management tools.

Salary range: $155,000-$170,000
Our team operates fully remotely and is spread across the United States. Final candidates will be required to attend an in-person interview at our headquarters in Los Angeles, CA. Candidates must be based in the U.S. and have authorization to work here, as we are not offering visa sponsorship at this time.
