Full Job Description
The Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Nox Health will be responsible for driving the financial planning and analysis efforts of Nox Health and FusionSleep. This role will involve preparing and presenting financial reports, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic insights to support decision-making.
The Director of Financial Planning and Analysis will work closely with the executive team to develop annual and long-term financial plans, monitor financial performance, and identify areas for improvement. This role will also collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting, as well as provide financial analysis and guidance on key business initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the FP&A function for Nox Enterprise and Fusion Sleep
- Lead company through annual financial plan (budget)
- Prepare monthly financial presentations related to assigned divisions (Nox Enterprise and Fusion Sleep)for investors
- Prepare financial presentations related to assigned divisions (Nox Enterprise and Fusion Sleep) for board meetings
- Lead monthly financial reviews related to assigned divisions with departmental leaders to track performance against targets
- Prepare weekly revenue projections related to assigned divisions
- Prepare monthly rolling forecasts related to assigned divisions
- Prepare weekly cash forecasts and analyze actual performance against forecast
- Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance as requested
- Prepare financial models for new products, technology, or business opportunities
- Create and maintain a long-range forecast related to assigned divisions and keep updated quarterly to align with strategic plans
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA preferred
- Experience: Ten years of accounting and finance experience, including two to five years in financial management
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint Skills, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
- One to two years of Power BI or Tableau experience
- Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
- Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team-player who will collaborate with key leadership, accounting, sales, account management, and IT teams.
- Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on capacity.
- Strong analytical skills: the ability to understand complex business problems and deliver information and analysis.
- Can work independently and project plan his/her work to meet required deadlines.
