SUMMARY:

The ideal candidate for the Director of Finance role will possess exceptional financial acumen and extraordinary organizational skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail and effective communication abilities.   • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
  • Location: CCRES, 406 Boot Rd, Downingtown, PA
  • Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 (based on years of experience)

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Oversee the daily operation of the CCRES Business Office including accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, budget preparation, audit, preparations, payroll functions, and financial statement preparations.
  • Responsible to maintain financial records of multiple programs including the following: behavioral health, educational consulting, migrant education, and services to school districts.
  • Oversee budget of more than $40,000,000.
  • Serve as a member of the CCRES Board of Directors Investment / Finance Committee
  • Update and provide suggestions to the standard operating procedures of the Business Office as required.
  • Stay up to date with applicable guidelines, regulations, and laws imposed by organizations such as the Internal Revenue Service, and applicable local and state agencies.
  • Ensure strict confidentiality of all Business Office operations and uphold the highest level of ethical conduct.
  • Adhere to HIPAA and FERPA regulations and maintain compliance.

Requirements

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance

EXPERIENCE:

  • 7 years of bookkeeping / accounting / payroll experience
  • Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role within an accounting or business department
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks desktop, payroll software, and Microsoft Office 365

CREDENTIALS:

(Clearances within 12 months)

  • PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance
  • PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance
  • PA Department of Education FBI – Use code 1KG6XN
  • TB Screening (within 3 months)
  • Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcripts
