Director of Demand Generation and Growth

Acelab is the all-in-one building materials hub for the Architecture, Construction, and Engineering industry. Acelab streamlines material selection, comparison and management for architects and engineers with AI-powered product recommendations. Conversely, Acelab empowers building material suppliers and manufacturers to unlock specification growth by providing them a strategic Go-to-Market channel to accelerate their product adoption.

As the Director of Demand Generation and Growth at Acelab, you will develop and execute strategies to drive user acquisition and growth for our AI-powered materials management platform, leveraging your expertise in multichannel marketing campaigns and deep understanding of the architecture, design, and construction industry landscape.

What you'll do:

• Own and optimize initiatives for demand generation, including events, partnerships, and multi-channel campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to generate MQL’s, SQL’s, and new accounts with building product manufacturers and vendors
• Prospect and nurture new manufacturer partnerships in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams
• Research user behavior and market trends to inform data-driven marketing decisions
• Foster relationships with key industry partners and influencers to expand Acelab's reach
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to optimize user onboarding and retention

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in demand generation and growth marketing, preferably in SaaS or B2B
• Proven track record of driving user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through paid and organic channels
• Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing automation and CRM tools, including Hubspot, Apollo, and AI copywriting
• Deep understanding of the architecture, design, and construction industry landscape
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills to drive cross-functional initiatives
