Full Job Description
Join our team as the Director of Clinical Operations, where you’ll be at the helm of new client implementations and clinical workflow optimization for Motion MSK’s care programs. This role is vital to ensuring smooth client onboarding, meeting key operational milestones, and building strong client relationships. You’ll work directly with our leadership to shape efficient, patient-centered operational processes and manage performance metrics, budgets, and strategic partnerships. What you'll do:
- Client Implementations: Oversee client onboarding and collaborate with Motion MSK leadership to create and execute implementation plans that align with company and client goals. Ensure all program milestones are met and maintain accountability for each client’s success.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clinical and operational partners and vendors. Act as a key point of contact, proactively addressing any concerns on behalf of the organization and client.
- Process Optimization: Work with the Head of Clinical Operations to develop, document, and refine Motion’s clinical workflows. Ensure efficient handling across patient care settings and maintain high standards in service delivery.
- Operational Accountability: Take ownership of the operational performance of strategic initiatives, managing budgets, monitoring KPIs, and leading new client implementations to successful outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in care delivery operations within complex healthcare environments.
- Project Management: Proven expertise in project management, workflow development, and managing clinical KPIs.
- Collaborative Mindset: Experience in a collaborative care setting, preferably in a dyad governance model with physician leaders.
- Adaptability: Startup experience preferred, with a flexible approach to evolving needs and a commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
The salary range for this position is $140,000 - $165,000 per year. The offered salary will depend on several factors, including your qualifications, experience, skills, and alignment with the responsibilities of the role.
