Summary of Position:

Reporting to the SVP of Customer Success, we are looking for an experienced Director of Account Management who will actively engage as a player-coach, working closely with our clients to enhance upsells, cross-sales, and retention across the Healthcare and Home Services verticals. This leader will be tasked with developing and mentoring mid to senior level account managers, ensuring they meet their upselling, cross-selling, and retention goals. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, client-centric, and exhibit strong B2B sales expertise. This role involves high-level interactions with key accounts and requires effective collaboration both internally and externally to ensure client success. The ideal candidate will be relentless, responsive, and proactive, comfortable with taking ownership and driving results. This is a unique opportunity to shape and lead the Account Management culture and team within our organization.

Requirements

Position Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and propose solutions to promote our products
  • Maintain executive/senior-level relationships with key accounts
  • Develop and implement quotas and plans for upsells, cross-sales, and retention
  • Provide value in every client interaction
  • Drive new product sales within key accounts
  • Establish and execute a regular cadence for Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key accounts
  • Represent the company at trade shows, client meetings, and demos
  • Collaborate closely with operations, onboarding, and client success teams to enhance performance
  • Manage a team of account managers, including hiring and professional development

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of B2B account management experience, preferably within the healthcare, home services and/or legal sectors
  • 5+ years of experience leading and managing a team of account managers
  • Expertise in critical KPIs, funnel metrics, and Salesforce CRM
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver client presentations, including MBRs/QBRs
  • Demonstrated success in building high-performance sales teams in the B2B sector
  • Exceptional presentation skills for client-facing engagements
  • Highly organized, driven, and dedicated to client success
  • Proficient in MS Office, with strong Excel skills
  • Willingness to travel as necessary, approximately 10-25% of the time
