We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director, Channel Partnerships Growth to join our rapidly expanding team. This role is perfect for a seasoned leader with a track record of managing high-performing teams, an eye for detail, and a knack for cultivating strong customer relationships. You will be instrumental in developing and refining our launch playbooks, creating scalable models from testing and results. Your leadership will drive our brand's success with Channel partners, and you'll oversee a dedicated team of Partner Growth Managers. Requirements
**Responsibilities:**
- **Channel Partnership Management:** Cultivate and maintain key relationships with Channel Partnership Corporate Management and local site management to ensure smooth and successful operations.
- **Performance Growth:** Strategically drive and sustain Cups Sold Per Day (CSD) during critical launch phases, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- **Customer Onboarding:** Oversee the successful onboarding of new installations and ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish.
- **Team Leadership:** Manage and mentor a national team of Partner Growth Managers, providing guidance and support to optimize their performance and development.
- **Product Liaison:** Act as a key liaison to the product development team, collecting and communicating field data, customer feedback, and end-consumer requests to drive product improvements.
- **Strategic Planning:** Work closely with the Senior Director to execute strategic plans for managing installations, site surveys, and onsite support, working cross-functionally to ensure timely and efficient rollouts.
- **Continuous Improvement:** Drive innovation and continuous improvement of processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
**Requirements & Skills:**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years in a customer-facing role with a strong track record of success.
- Prior experience in restaurant ownership or as a General Manager and/or commercial food service leadership experience is highly preferred.
- 5+ years of management experience with proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Demonstrated passion for exceptional customer experiences and advocating for customer needs.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a knack for identifying patterns and trends in data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent project management skills, with the capability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience in a startup environment is advantageous.
- Multi-unit restaurant experience.
- Experience working for/with commercial food service providers (Aramark, Compass, Sodexo, etc.)
- Proficiency with Google Workspace.

Salary Range $110,000 - $120,000 per year
Plus bonus and stock options
