Mandolin Digital is a 4-year-old digital agency based in Chicago. We’re a team of 4 full-time staff, plus 4+ reliable, dependable freelancers. We’re looking for a motivated team-player who is passionate about quality and innovation and eager to help steer complex projects with a careful eye towards budget and timing.

You would be part of a fully remote, fun team where you will have the opportunity to work on multiple client projects. We are very much like a startup, working at a fast pace and constantly evolving. You are guaranteed to learn a ton when you start working here from seasoned senior project managers, digital creative directors, designers, and developers.

Responsibilities

• Project manage on smaller projects from start to finish (with the goal of growing this expertise over time) and support Senior Project Managers on larger projects by coordinating with and being accountable to them and the client
• Build strong relationships and trust with both internal team members and clients
• Maintain project budgets and schedules, with oversight from Senior Project Managers
• Schedule and attend project meetings, take notes, and prep and send agendas
• Understand how to give design direction and feedback
• Understand how to assign tasks and communicate with development partners
• Regularly communicate progress, issues, and risks to relevant stakeholders
• Assist with QA testing web platforms, content management, data entry, and monitoring of virtual events

Requirements

Must-Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2-3 years of Project Management experience
• Process-oriented and exceptionally organized
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Nice-to-Haves

• Agency experience: You’ve worked in a web design or production agency before
• Familiar with Monday.com and Slack (or other similar PM tools)
• Familiar with Figma or other similar design tools
