We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Digital Project Manager to join our growing team. This person will be integral to managing our digital marketing and eCommerce projects, ensuring that all digital assets—from content and images to ads and design tools—are created and delivered on time.

As a Digital Project Manager, you will report directly to the Head of eCommerce and be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of all digital projects. You’ll ensure that all marketing campaigns, eCommerce assets, and digital content are executed seamlessly, working closely with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives and deadlines.

Requirements

Position Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Manage digital marketing and eCommerce projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Campaign Execution: Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate the creation and delivery of digital assets such as ad designs, landing pages, email templates, and social media content.
  • eCommerce Asset Management: Oversee the production of digital assets for our eCommerce platform, including product images, banners, and content updates.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-quality content and visuals that align with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the main point of contact between marketing, design, development, and other teams to ensure smooth project execution and clear communication.
  • Tool & Platform Management: Oversee the use and optimization of digital tools and platforms, ensuring they align with project needs and improve efficiency.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all digital content meets brand standards and quality expectations.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Head of eCommerce on project milestones, performance metrics, and any potential issues or roadblocks.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager or in a similar role managing marketing, eCommerce, and digital content projects.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media ad platforms, CMS, email marketing tools).
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with creative production, including content, images, and ad designs, and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms (such as Shopify, Magento, salesforce etc.) and the eCommerce project lifecycle.
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and online advertising best practices.
  • Familiarity with website/app development processes.
  • Previous experience in a fast-growing eCommerce or digital-first environment.
