Digital Producer, Kiplinger

What you'll be doing...

As the Digital Producer for Kiplinger, you will assist with production across our platforms, focusing on our email, newsletter, and social media platforms. You will assist in building, creating, and publishing social posts and navigating the newsletter platform to ensure issues are posted on the respective timeline. You will use graphics templates and tools and track reporting information for newsletters and social to analyze audience insights. Digital copywriting and proofreading skills will help with writing social posts and newsletters.

While this is not an editorial role, you may have opportunities to write articles for Kiplinger's website if interested. Eventually, this role can take ownership of Kiplinger's newsletters.

This role reports to the Audience Engagement Manager and will work very closely with the Newsletter Editor. This is an ideal role for someone interested in working in audience and across a wide range of content formats in publishing media.

Expereince that will put you ahead of the curve...

• At least 1-2 years professional experience
• Enthusiasm for personal finance, including retirement, taxes, investing and more, and awareness of news around finance and the economy
• Knowledge of the Kiplinger brand 
• Comfort with learning new digital systems and processes, especially in the remote working world
• Experience in at least one of the following: Newsletter, social media, and audience development experience, including content/image editing and analytics tools.
• Excellent written English, with an eye for style 
• Works well in a fast-paced environment

Please note, the salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000
