About the Position: 

The Account Coordinator will join a team of performance marketers. This role provides critical support through efficient project and client management with strong communication skills. The successful candidate will be a highly organized, driven individual who excels at project execution, client communication, and long-term planning. This role reports to our Account Manager. The salary range for this position is $50k – $65k.

We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work and will perform the work in the United States. We are not able to sponsor visas. 

Your Impact:  

  • Project Management: Support performance marketing efforts through project tracking, client meetings, retainer management, and effective note-taking.
  • Client Support: Assist the team in maintaining client partnerships by addressing concerns and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Platform Basics: Understand the basics of major digital marketing channels (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, etc) to support project management and client communication.
  • Collaboration: Work within your team to align strategies with client goals and ensure clear timelines.
  • Problem-Solving: Approach challenges with curiosity and empathy, focusing on creating solutions.
  • Client Advocacy: Help ensure client goals are clear, objectives are defined, and budgets are adhered to.
  • Data and Reporting: Analyze data, generate reports, draft project briefs, stay updated on digital advertising trends, and interface with various team members. Complete required certifications in digital advertising platforms.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a digital agency setting, supporting performance-driven paid media
  • Basic understanding of paid advertising channels (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) and familiarity with paid marketing strategies and tactics
  • Exposure to in-platform tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas and collaborate effectively
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying issues and concerns
  • Ability to support project coordination and collaborate with technical, channel-specific marketers
  • Eagerness to learn and develop within the digital marketing industry
  • Willingness to learn and apply generative AI technologies in real-world scenarios
