About the Program

Ahead of the 2024 elections, Movement Labs is launching a political tactic incubator with unprecedented ambition. Our goal is to explore, analyze, and scale innovative strategies that persuade, mobilize, and register voters to counteract Trump's influence. We are committed to investing millions in successful initiatives, focusing on new organizing programs and turnout tactics. These efforts will target low-turnout, high-opportunity voters in marginalized communities, persuade Republican voters toward President Biden, and enhance voter registration efforts. The objective is to garner 50,000 votes for Biden ahead of the November Election.

Details & Compensation

  • Location: Remote
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Compensation: $77,000-$80,000 depending on experience
  • Benefits: Movement Labs employees receive excellent health, dental, and vision benefits, 401k, work-from-home stipends, and unlimited Paid Time Off. This position does not qualify as a bargaining unit position.
  • Duration: This is a full-time, exempt position through November 15, 2024.

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Digital Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting and managing the execution of our paid digital campaigns. You will work closely with and support the Digital Director to manage digital projects on various platforms. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new strategies and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

You are someone that loves to manage the traffic flow for projects, has a keen eye for detail and knows a little to a lot about running ads on the internet!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee an agile operations system for the paid ads vertical on the Incubator Team to streamline processes;
  • Assist with project management and tasks of digital campaigns across platforms and verticals, ensuring collaborative and efficient execution;
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of our digital infrastructure and processes;
  • Track metrics and data for various ad campaigns;
  • Manage campaign deadlines between Movement Lab departments and for vendors;
  • Stay updated on the latest digital trends and best practices in the political and advocacy space;
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 1-2 cycles in digital marketing, preferably in a political or advocacy environment;
  • Experience with a variety of digital tactics including: Display Ads, Search Engine Ads, Native Ads, Meta Ads Manager;
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with peers and managers;
  • Proficiency in digital platforms and tools used for campaign execution and analysis;
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and strong attention to detail;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities;
  • Strong proficiency with, or ability to quickly learn, core tech tools: Asana, Slack, Google Workspace;
  • Passionate about fighting fascism and defeating Donald Trump by re-electing President Biden.
