Jiffy.com is looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts, with a focus on Paid Search. Your primary mission will be driving growth and success for our newest product lines, including our Direct-to-Film printer network for crafters, and upcoming product launches. As an expert in Google Search, you are fluent in tROAS, LTV, eCPC, and audience segmentation. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing large-scale digital campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and quickly iterating strategies to achieve measurable results.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across paid channels, including Google SEM, Google Shopping, Bing, YouTube, GDA, and Performance Max.
- Oversee day-to-day management of digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with company goals and performance targets.
- Optimize campaigns through in-depth data analysis, tracking key performance metrics like ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
- Collaborate with the product team to define requirements for website improvements that drive performance.
- Manage and enhance SEO/SEM strategies to boost organic rankings and paid search outcomes.
- Analyze competitors’ paid search performance and implement strategies to challenge and outperform them in the market.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within eCommerce or direct-to-consumer industries.
- Proven success managing multi-million dollar SEM and Shopping campaign budgets.
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, including paid social media, email marketing, and SEO.
- Expertise in running effective SEM, social media, and display ad campaigns.
- Proficient in analytics tools like Google Analytics and Segment, with experience leveraging customer data to drive ROI in ad platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with a focus on performance and ROI.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with customer marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Iterable) is a plus.
