What We’re Looking For


We are seeking a motivated Demand Generation Specialist to join the Marketing team to support and execute demand-generation campaigns that nurture and qualify leads. 

The perfect candidate has an analytical mindset with a creative outlook - able to craft a big-picture vision to generate demand while getting into the granular data to validate, iterate, and pivot based on campaign performance. to help drive growth In this role, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing campaigns that attract, engage, and convert prospects into qualified leads. You’ll work closely with sales, product marketing, and content teams to execute multi-channel marketing strategies that drive demand for our tech solutions. This position offers the opportunity to develop your marketing expertise while contributing directly to our growth initiatives in the logistics and freight industry.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the execution of ABM strategies, collaborating with the sales team to drive pipeline growth and customer retention. 
  • Use ABM tools (e.g., 6Sense, Outreach) to design integrated marketing campaigns and measure their effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create high-converting content assets (e.g., whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, webinars) to fuel lead generation.
  •  Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as account engagement, funnel creation, and touchpoints. 
  •  Work closely with the sales team to tailor marketing efforts through custom outreach, events, and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product marketing, and creative services) to bring campaigns to life.
  • Manage lead nurturing activities using HubSpot, including workflows, prospect intelligence, lead scoring, and digital content strategies (e.g., gated content offers) to ensure seamless lead progression through the sales funnel.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with ABM tools like 6Sense, Outreach, or Hubspot.
  • Prior experience in the freight, logistics, or transportation industries.
  • Experience with content marketing, social media, or public speaking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally within the freight or logistics industry.
  • Familiarity with ABM strategies and tools like 6Sense, Outreach, or other marketing automation platforms.
  • Understanding of multi-channel marketing programs (email, events, advertising, etc.).
  • Strong interest in the freight and logistics space, with the ability to adapt marketing strategies to this industry.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and growing in a fast-paced environment.
