STELLA Automotive AI, a pioneering company in the field of AI solutions for the automotive industry, is looking for a motivated and experienced Dealer Enablement Manager to join our team. As a Dealer Enablement Manager at STELLA Automotive AI, you will play a vital role in ensuring the deployment and initiatives that enable dealer facing teams to execute the delivery of our product quickly, effectively and accurately. This position is the core of the sales nucleus and is the end result of dealer satisfaction and retention. Your attention to detail, organization and problem-solving abilities are what will make this engine run! Responsibilities
Manage multiple meetings, requests, deliverables at the same time
Gather and organize new contract deliverables by collaborating with sales partner
Identify process that are working well and those that need improvement and make suggestions
Optimize process and procedures to ensure quick and accurate deliverables
Gather insights and collaborate cross functional teams to achieve end goals
Consult and set proper delivery timeline expectations based on cross department collaborations
Act as liaison between sales partner and technical team
Vet all deliverables prior to launch meeting
Act as a support resource to sales partner
Ensure successful follow through of deliverable cycle by maintaining accurate activity in CRM
Effectively achieve and exceed deliverable goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in an enablement role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong understanding of dealership operations and processes is a plus
- Excellent communication
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Highly motivated and proactive with a passion for helping others succeed
