Data Researcher & Marketing List Specialist

About Us: We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented, and inquisitive Data Researcher to ensure our marketing list is accurate, complete, and constantly growing. In this role, you’ll investigate, research, and verify company contact information, ensuring every name, email, title, and phone number is accurate. If you’re naturally curious, detail-obsessed, and unafraid to challenge bad information, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Research and Clean Company Data: Investigate and update company and contact information (names, addresses, titles, phone numbers, etc.) using company websites, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other sources.
• Ensure Data Accuracy: Cross-check data from multiple sources to ensure all information is complete and accurate.

• Technical Proficiency: You’re comfortable using research tools like Google, LinkedIn, and CRM software.

Requirements

• Experience in data entry, list cleaning, research, or a similar role.
• Strong research skills and proficiency in tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and Google search.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work independently and meet performance standards.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Stable internet connection
• Fully functional computer device
• A quiet work environment
• Fully functional headset
• Ability to work during Alaska business hours

Benefits

This is a part-time only role. You can expect about 20 hours per week.

$18.00-$20.00 per hour based on experience.
